We may record video of the account before we deliver as a proof.

If the product or service is significantly not as described, DO NOT use, play or change the confidentiality of the product, immediately contact LetsReroll via email/discord and our team will review the case during our operation hours.

In the event where the product or service is used, played or its confidentiality changed, we reserve the right to not refund/replace.



We may send you a confirmation email before we deliver your order.

We may not accept cancellation once we have received your confirmation and ready to deliver your order.

We reserve the right to request further identity proof or cancel your order if we find there is potential risk of fraud (buying behavior, buyer info, credit card info, email etc).
