Yes — but only after you verify the account contents. First check that all characters, currencies, and resources match the listing. Once confirmed, secure the account immediately based on the delivery method shown in your order:

• Linked to your email / Direct bind: Once connected to your account, update the password right away and revoke access for any unrecognized devices or active sessions.
• Pre-linked email provided: If the game supports email re-binding, change the registered email address and password to your own. If email changes are locked, change the password on the provided email account and bind your personal social accounts (Google, Apple, etc.) for added security.
• Transfer Code / ID: Log in and immediately generate a new transfer code or set a new transfer password to overwrite the old one. Then, bind the game to your preferred third-party or social account to ensure permanent access.

We guarantee all accounts match their listing and arrive in good standing:

• Not as described: Inspect the account upon delivery. If anything is wrong, contact us within 24 hours before playing. Once irreversible actions are taken (spending resources, leveling characters, progressing story, or changing binds), the account cannot be resold, and refunds/replacements will be voided or limited to a partial refund.
• Banned on arrival: If the account is locked or banned on your first login, send us an unedited screenshot of the error within 24 hours. Once our team verifies the ban status, we will provide an immediate replacement or full refund.
• Post-delivery bans: We do not cover bans occurring after handover caused by third-party mods, illicit top-ups, or publisher policy violations.
